In our interview, Shawn, Tom, and I discussed the current hyperlinked files challenge in eDiscovery. While we briefly touched on the cases that we’ve seen recently (including three in six weeks here, here, and here), much of our discussion was focused on the tools that we’re trying to work with to address the hyperlinked files challenge, especially Google Vault and Microsoft Purview, but also eDiscovery collection tools like Forensic Email Collector from Metaspike.
